Dirty Laundry is an immersive and subversive theatrical experience by The Gay Gaze Bombay, created in response to the exhibit ‘to Make a Home with You’. It’s a celebration of queer homes, the soft chaos of shared bedsheets, of voyeuristic confessions from balconies, and stories we’re no longer hiding in the bottom drawers. A show stitched together with chosen kin, quiet rebellions, and joy loud enough to shake chandeliers.
We begin in the streets, then slip into sheets, behind closed doors into layered portraits of queer life at home, all etched in metaphors, rhythm & fluidity.
Our performers transform the show into a breathing diary, the silences in between pillow talk & a chair piled high with dirty laundry.
